We’d love to hear from you — whether it’s a correction, a question about one of our university profiles, or a suggestion for a topic we haven’t covered yet.
What to Include
To help us respond faster, please let us know:
- Which article or page your message relates to (if applicable)
- Whether you’re pointing out a factual correction, a broken link, or a general suggestion
- Any relevant source or link, if you’re flagging outdated ranking data or admissions figures
A Few Things We Can Help With
- Reporting outdated tuition, ranking, or admissions figures
- Suggesting a university or ranking category we should cover next
- Partnership or guest content inquiries
- General feedback on site content or navigation
We read every message personally, though we’re not able to offer individual admissions counseling or personalized application advice — for that, we’d recommend reaching out directly to the admissions office of the university you’re applying to.
Reporting a Factual Error
Rankings, tuition figures, and admissions statistics change frequently, and we rely partly on reader feedback to catch outdated information faster than our own review cycle might. If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please include:
- The exact page URL where you saw the issue
- What the current information says versus what you believe it should say
- A link to an official or credible source supporting the correction, if you have one
We prioritize factual corrections and typically review and update flagged pages within a week.
Partnership and Guest Content Inquiries
We occasionally consider guest contributions or partnership inquiries related to higher education, admissions consulting, or study-abroad services. If you’re reaching out about this, please include a brief description of your organization and what you’re proposing — we’re not able to respond to generic bulk outreach emails.
What We Can’t Help With
To set expectations clearly: we’re an independent publishing site, not an admissions consultancy, a university representative, or a financial aid office. We can’t:
- Review or edit personal application essays
- Provide individualized advice on which university to choose
- Confirm admissions decisions or financial aid amounts on behalf of any university
- Guarantee response times outside of our stated 2–3 business day window
For any of the above, your best resource is always the official admissions or financial aid office of the specific university in question.
